The two held a genuine discussion about the energy transition, ExxonMobil’s efforts to reduce emissions, and the work already being done by oil and gas companies to be part of the solution.
Kolesar put forth ideas for going beyond the specific tasks to decrease emissions and expanded on leaders’ responsibilities to also engage with stakeholders, build rapport, and form partnerships alongside the tactical efforts.
